Peach Creamsicles

I’m always looking for a little sweet treat that won’t wreck my digestion from loads of sugar.

This is delicious! Plus it fits most elimination diets!

Peach Creamsicle

  1. 2 c. frozen peaches
  2. 1/2 small avocado (banana would work also)
  3. 1-3 T. honey or pure maple syrup
  4. 1 (14.5 oz) can coconut milk (I usually skim off the cream and save for coconut whipped cream)
  5. 1/4 tsp. vanilla (optional)
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Can eat immediately or scoop into small containers/popsicle molds and freeze.
  1. Can use other frozen fruit instead of peaches.
