When I crave a smoothie, this is the one I crave!
I usually buy a bunch of fresh peaches in season and freeze them so I can have smoothies all winter long!
Creamy Peach Smoothie
Write a review
- 1 cup sliced peaches (fresh or frozen)
- 1 small banana (frozen works well -- or add ice)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 handful spinach
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt (optional)
- Milk, water, or kefir -- just enough to thin to your preference
- 1 T. flax or chia seeds
- Protein powder
- Blend all ingredients together.
