Taco Soup (Crock Pot Option)

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 (15oz) can refried beans
- 2 (14.5oz) cans diced tomatoes
- 3-4 cups beef (or chicken) broth
- 1 c frozen corn
- 1 T chili powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 - 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp dried chives
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef with onions until fully cooked. Drain if needed.
- Add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Slow Cooker Option
- After you brown the beef and onions add them to the crock pot along with remaining ingredients
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4
- Stir until well combined
Notes
- All the spices are homemade taco and ranch seasoning.
- Serve with avocado, chips, cheese, sour cream etc.
