Taco Soup (Crock Pot Option)

It’s super flavorful with both homemade ranch and taco seasoning in it.
Plus, it’s a great way to add more homemade bone broth to your diet! 🙂

Ingredients
  1. 1 lb ground beef
  2. 1 onion, diced
  3. 1 (15oz) can refried beans
  4. 2 (14.5oz) cans diced tomatoes
  5. 3-4 cups beef (or chicken) broth
  6. 1 c frozen corn
  7. 1 T chili powder
  8. 2 tsp garlic powder
  9. 1 tsp onion powder
  10. 1 1/2 - 2 tsp salt
  11. 1 tsp cumin
  12. 1/2 tsp oregano
  13. 1/2 tsp paprika
  14. 3/4 tsp pepper
  15. 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
  16. 1 tsp dried parsley
  17. 1 tsp dried dill
  18. 1 tsp dried chives
Instructions
  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef with onions until fully cooked. Drain if needed.
  2. Add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Slow Cooker Option
  1. After you brown the beef and onions add them to the crock pot along with remaining ingredients
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4
  3. Stir until well combined
Notes
  1. All the spices are homemade taco and ranch seasoning.
  2. Serve with avocado, chips, cheese, sour cream etc.
