Most digestive disorders are a sign that something is out of balance and can often be traced back to a bacterial/yeast imbalance or overgrowth, inflammation, damage to your intestinal lining, a deficiency in digestive juices, or food triggers! All of this and more is covered in the Gut Healing Course.

The Gut Healing Course takes you step by step through a reset (elimination) diet so that you can discover your unique food triggers. It teaches you to listen to your own body to discover which foods are best suited for healing and which are causing disruption and inflammation in your body. Without addressing the root causes of your gut issues, healing in any part of the body is severely limited. This course will guide you step by step so that you are able to figure out your food triggers and jumpstart your healing journey!
