Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1 cup flour (can use gluten free)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional- leave out for dairy free)
- 3 T butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix all ingredients together. (hands work well)
- Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet (with edges)
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Place on paper towels to drain.
