Salad
  1. Leafy greens
  2. Chopped kalamata olives
  3. Red onion, thinly sliced
  4. Parmesan cheese (optional)
  5. Roasted Red peppers - chopped
  6. Cherry tomatoes, halved
Optional add-ons
  1. Sunflower seeds or pine nuts
  2. Cucumber
Red Wine Viniagrette
  1. 1/3 c. olive oil
  2. 1/4 c. red win vinegar
  3. 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  4. 1/2 tsp salt
  5. 1/2 tsp pepper
  6. 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  7. 1/2 tsp honey (optional)
  8. 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
  1. Put all dressing ingredients in a jar. Shake well.
  2. Layer salad ingredients and top with 1-2 T. dressing.
  3. Refrigerate leftover dressing.
