Why is a 7 Day Reset Important?
Our bodies do a wonderful job of handling what we throw at them, but sometimes they get overwhelmed by our lack of self care, inflammation, and a build up of toxins. Once or twice a year it’s important to take a break from potential food allergens, preservatives/additives, and sugar. The 7 Day Clean Eating Reset focuses on foods that will load your body with nutrients to support detox pathways, reduce inflammation and improve your digestion and gut health — all of which make it easier for you to lose or maintain a healthy weight!

7 Day Reset Levels
Whether you are a seasoned “clean” eater or you don’t even know what “clean” eating means, there is a 7 day reset for you. We’ve put together 3 different levels so that you can choose which will be the best for you.
Beginner Level:
- Easy to find and prepare whole foods
- Includes smoothies, easier to digest meals, simple digestive aids, and anti-inflammatory foods/drinks
- Mostly allergen friendly foods (may have a small amount of nuts and peppers that are optional).
- You will need a blender or food processor for this level.
- Easy to find and prepare whole foods
- Starts off with a few days of mostly pureed (smoothies and soups) or easy to digest foods (The first few days help give the digestive system a bit of rest and help decrease inflammation)
- Progresses to clean meals with nutrient dense foods throughout the week
- Includes simple digestive aids, anti-inflammatory foods/drinks
- Mostly allergen friendly foods
- You will need a blender or food processor for this level
Advanced Level:
- Easy to find and prepare whole foods
- More strict than other 2 level
- First few days will consist of pureed and juiced foods (fresh juices, smoothies, broth, soups) to give the digestive system a bit of rest while loading up the body with nutrients.
- Progresses to clean meals throughout the week, but still focuses on including plenty of fresh juices and smoothies to continue to load the body with nutrients.
- Includes simple digestive aids, anti-inflammatory foods/drinks, and
- Mostly allergen friendly foods
- You will need a blender or food processor AND a juicer for this level.

THANKS for a great program and wonderful recipes to keep me on track. A couple of key things that I learned from this experience: I do have self control and will power! I had always told myself in the past that I have none, so I am super happy to have conquered that lie! Also, I feel MUCH better after of week clean eating and can tell my inflammation was reduced. Bonus, I lost 5 pounds this week! I look forward to doing the intermediate 7 day reset sometime!
