  1. 1/2 banana
  2. 1/2 c. raspberries
  3. 1/2 peach (I used ones I had frozen last summer)
  4. 1/4 cup plain whole milk yogurt or 1/2 avocado
  5. 1-2 T chia seeds
  6. Water
  7. Ice (if your fruit isn't frozen)
