- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 c. raspberries
- 1/2 peach (I used ones I had frozen last summer)
- 1/4 cup plain whole milk yogurt or 1/2 avocado
- 1-2 T chia seeds
- Water
- Ice (if your fruit isn't frozen)
