These come out tasting slightly banana-y and quite chocolate-y
with a dense, almost fudge-like texture.

Ingredients
  1. 4 ripe bananas
  2. 1 cup nut butter
  3. 3/4-1 cup cocoa
  4. 1 tsp. vanilla
  5. Optional - chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Put all ingredients in a food processor and process until blended well. Batter will be sticky and thick.
  3. Spoon into a greased or lined muffin tin. Fill almost to the top as these don't expand much.
  4. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips if desired.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Cool and enjoy!
Notes
  1. Store in the refrigerator up to a week.
