Eczema, Psoriasis, Acne, Rosacea and Other Skin Conditions

Most skin conditions are a sign that your body is out of balance. They can often be traced back to gut damage, hormone imbalance, food sensitivities, or an overload of toxins. Trace back your skin issues and address them at the root cause for clearer, healthier skin.

Common Skin Conditions:

  • Eczema (aka atopic dermatitis) is a chronic allergic disorder that mainly involves the skin.  Symptoms typically include dry itchy irritated skin, open sore patches (red raised itchy patches), and thickened skin that is dry and hardens over time. 
  • Psoriasis is an immune-mediated disease that causes raised, red, scaly patches on the skin.  Psoriasis typically affects the outside of the elbows, knees or scalp, though it can appear anywhere on the body.
  • Acne is a condition where oils glands of the skin become clogged, forming spots, pimples, and sometimes cysts. Adult acne (especially cystic acne) is often related to hormone imbalances or food sensitivities
  • Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory skin condition that causes facial redness with swollen red bumps and small visible blood vessels. 
  • Dermatitis is a common skin condition that has many forms. It usually involves dry, itchy, reddened skin or a rash. A couple common forms of dermatitis are atopic dermatitis (eczema) and contact dermatitis.
