Micronutrient testing

— What is your vitamin/mineral status? —

Vitamin, Mineral, & Antioxidant Testing

A deficiency in micronutrients has a profound impact on the body and how well it functions. A body that has the nutrients it needs is much more likely to be able to heal itself and prevent disease. What is your functional nutritional status?

What Are Micronutrients?

Micronutrients are vitamins and minerals that are required in small amounts for your body to function. They are vital to your health.  Micronutrients are essential for our immune system and overall health and wellbeing. They are a reflection of our dietary intake and the ability of our body to digest and absorb those nutrients. Your micronutrient status is just one piece of the puzzle, but it is an important one!

Common Reasons You Develop Nutrient Deficiencies:

You may eat right, exercise, and take a multivitamin but still have nutrient deficiencies due to some of the factors above.

Common Symptoms or Conditions Related to Nutrient Deficiency:

Your cells (and therefore tissues and organs) function based on nutrients they are given. Nutrient deficiencies can affect any area of your body.
